Juan Luis Vives versus Martín Lutero. La respuesta del Humanismo vivesiano a la Reforma luterana

En el presente artículo nos proponemos abordar la respuesta que los humanistas dieron al pensamiento reformado de Martín Lutero. En especial nos centraremos en el caso del humanista valenciano Juan Luís Vives, que ofreció desde muy pronto una respuesta crítica al luteranismo. Vives también reivindicó la necesidad de un Concilio ecuménico para afrontar los problemas de los reformadores luteranos.

In the present article, we propose to address the response that the humanists gave Martin Luther's reformed thought. In particular we will focus on the case of valencian humanist Juan Luís Vives, he soon offered a critical response to Lutheranism. Vives also claimed the need for an ecumenical Council to address the problems of Lutheran reformers.
