Free speech and performativity. Analysis on some judicial case on hate speech and/or symbolic speech.

Abstract
This work aims to analyse the link between performativity and hate speech, based on the arguments of subordination and silencing developed by MacKinnon and Butler. For this purpose, the theories of speech acts’ concepts of expressions and declarations -Searle-, institutional facts -Searle- and community as consensus -Habermas- will be studied. The analysis of these concepts will be applied to some hate speech and / or symbolic language cases.
