Jeroni Munyós i la primera trangulació valenciana (per a Oertel?)

Las fuentes del primer mapa impreso del País Valenciano, el Valentiae Regni, olim Contestanorum... Typus de Abraham Örtell (1584), son, hasta hoy, una incógnita. Sin embargo, se propone la muy probable participación del catedrático valenciano Jeroni Munyós, hebraísta, astrónomo y matemático, que reseña una triangulación a la manera de Gemma Frisius en un texto manuscrito de 1568. En el presente trabajo se reconsidera la operación cuyas bases se han identificado sobre el terreno.Downloads
