Ganadería y trashumancia en el piedemonte valenciano

Abstract

L'article analitza la ramaderia i la trashumancia en el raiguer valencià des del punt de vista de la geografia. Hi trobem dues parts. Una primera realitza una evolució històrica de l'activitat pecuaria en el lloc del Campo de Cheste. Un segona intenta explicar l'ajustament continuat de la trashumància a les canviats condicions externes i que en els darrers temps l'han feta mudar d'estructura al passar a presidir tota l'organització ramadera del lloc ara guiada pel mercat càrnic de la gran ciutat de València.
