Abstract

En el sistema agro-comercial de los cítricos valencianos, las mujeres tienen un relevante papel como trabajadoras de los almacenes de manipulado/envasado. Su adaptación a las condiciones de temporalidad y flexibilidad horario reducen los costes comerciales y, por otra parte, su trabajo incide positivamente en el ámbito rural de pequeños propietarios/jornaleros agrarios del que forma parte.
