Condiciones definicionales para el predicado “graffiti”

Resumen

No hay acuerdo unánime acerca de qué es, qué definición recibe, el término “graffiti”, como tampoco hay, ni acuerdo, ni cuestionamiento alguno, acerca del tipo de definición que se suministra cuando, el término en cuestión, precede al verbo cópula. Dispersadas, en unos y otros lugares, hay varias propuestas de definición las cuales, la mayoría de las veces, son efectuadas sin cuestionamiento de adecuación y sin que entre ellas medie influjo o conexión alguna. El objetivo del presente texto es doble: consiste, por un lado, y en menor medida, en hacer explícito el tipo de definición que en todo caso habría de proporcionarse y, por otro, se hace hincapié en ciertos análisis de los definientia en virtud de los cuales se pretende paliar la insuficiencia de las pretendidas definiciones, completándolas, en algún caso, vía suplementos presentes en la parte del definiens.

There is no unanimous agreement on what it is or how can we define the word ‘graffiti’, in the same way that, there is no agreement nor questioning about the definition used when, this specific term, precedes the copulative verb. There are different  possible definitions scattered here and there. Thesedefinitions, most of the time, are applied without questioning its adequacy and without inter twiningand influencing each other in any way. The aimof the following text is double. On one hand, and to a lesser extent, to make explicit the type of definition that should be provided in all cases, and, on the other hand, it emphasizes certain analysis of definientia, under which, we aim to mitigate the influence of the intended definitions, completing them, in some of the cases, with supplements, additions which are present or contained in thedefiniens part.
