La función cognitiva de las ideas estéticas en Kant

En este arículo se reconstruye la función cognitiva (simbólica) de las ideas estéticas en la Crítica del juicio de I. Kant. En particular, indago dos cuestiones: i) la diferencia entre ideas estéticas vinculadas con la belleza artística y las ideas estéticas asociadas a la belleza natural; ii) la indagación en torno a la riqueza contenida en belleza artística para el desarrollo del conocimiento simbólico. Se sostiene que el arte humano cumple un rol crucial en el conocimiento simbólico.
