Desafíos del sindicalismo italiano ante el trabajo sindical con trabajadores "contingentes" en Amazon

Abstract

El presente artículo analiza las condiciones de trabajo en Amazon Italia. En este análisis se comparan dos instalaciones de esta empresa en Italia. Por una parte, los almacenes de castel san Geovani, con una estructura organizativa más tradicional y los almacenes de Passo Corese, con un mayor nivel de robotización. El objetivo es doble, por un lado, se describen y se comparan los procesos de organización del trabajo de ambas instalaciones, por otro lado, se estudian las respuestas de los sindicatos a las reivindicaciones de los trabajadores, con especial atención no sólo a los trabajadores permanentes sino sobre todo a los tres grupos de trabajadores que definimos “contingentes”. En el apartado de conclusiones se proponen algunas reflexiones sobre las estrategias sindicales de cara a los trabajadores en Amazon Italia y los resultados obtenidos por estas.
