Trabajo femenino en agro-industrias tradicionales

En este artículo se analiza la elevada presencia femenina en industrias de alimentación tradicionales (cítricos, conservas vegetales y turrón) que requieren abundante mano de obra, en ocasiones, de carácter temporal y gran flexibilidad. Estas características son frecuentes en algunos colectivos de mujeres rurales, con escasas alternativas de trabajo y supeditadas a las responsabilidades domésticas.Downloads
